Elodie LLC offers couples counseling services to help strengthen relationships and foster understanding and connection. We focus on communication, problem-solving, and building trust. We also work on setting healthy boundaries and expectations and exploring each partner's individual needs and wants. We strive to create an environment of respect, empathy, and acceptance for both partners.
We have different modalities that we utilize from Gottman Therapeutic Approach and our own specialized approach to meet the ever-growing needs of our couples.
Family Counseling

In family counseling we assist our families to strengthen bonds, resolve conflicts, and create a healthier family dynamic.

Group Counseling
We provide Group Session to our ever-growing clientele. Group counseling sessions can be beneficial to those dealing with mental health issues. They can provide support, understanding, and helpful advice from peers and professionals.
Group counseling also provides a safe and comfortable environment to explore new perspectives, learn coping skills, and practice healthy communication.
What is Anxiety?

What is Depression?

What is Grief?
Grief counseling is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on helping individuals cope with the emotional and psychological effects of loss. It is used to help process the pain of a loss and find meaning and hope in the midst of grief. We assist individuals and families with processing their feelings, express their emotions, and find ways to cope with the loss. We also assist individuals to connect with support systems, develop healthy coping skills, and find ways to honor the memory of their loved one.
What is PTSD?
PTSD, or post-traumatic stress disorder, is a mental health condition that can occur after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. It is characterized by symptoms such as flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, nightmares, avoidance of reminders of the trauma, and increased anxiety or emotional arousal. We assist indivdiuals and their families with a better understanding of triggers, symptoms, anyhow it affects their life. Treatment typically includes psychotherapy, medication, and lifestyle modifications.
However, we do provide specialize treatment, such as EMDR and Trauma Therapy.
